These Terms & Conditions apply to the Rootbet platform (rootbet.ws) and all associated services. "Rootbet", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating rootbet.ws. "User" and "you" refer to any visitor — registered or unregistered — on the platform.

To open an account with Rootbet, you will need to provide the following information:

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username, password, OTP) completely private. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. Report any suspicious activity to support right away. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

Rootbet will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by email. If you receive any such communication, contact support immediately.

Rootbet strictly follows an 18+ policy. Providing your date of birth during registration is mandatory. At any time, Rootbet may request one of the following documents to verify your age:

Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete. Accounts registered with false information will be closed and deposits will not be refunded.

• The outcome of all bets will be determined solely at Rootbet's discretion.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. They may shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is confirmed. In such cases, Rootbet reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.

Rootbet offers various bonuses and promotional deals from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions. The general rules are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: New users can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Maximum bonus amount and wagering requirements vary by offer.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses generally require a wagering completion of 5x to 20x.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be removed once it expires.
• Exclusivity: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses and winnings being voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rootbet:

• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Betting using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or address (unless prior permission has been granted).
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against Rootbet.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action if necessary.

Rootbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

If the user wishes to close their account

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to balances left in inactive accounts.

Rootbet is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk and the possibility of losing money is always present.
• Missed betting opportunities due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues arising from disruptions to third-party services.
• Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders.

Rootbet is committed to maintaining a high standard of service. However, the platform may occasionally undergo maintenance or experience unexpected disruptions. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
